On the way back to Oklahoma, I finally accrued the amount of points I needed to acquire the #106673 Flannel Lined Active Jacket for a decent deal! Sadly there was trouble with my points not being reflected and the staff members at Carhartt Wichita were so patient with the situation! I had to get in contact with customer service and the Staff were so helpful and kind while fixing the situation! Thank you again to Anthony and Sparkles for being so helpful and making this purchase possible!

I went in yesterday for a hat, had a couple associates ask if I was finding everything, one helped me find the hat I was looking for and got me checked out quickly with a smile on their face. Will definitely be back!

I will forever go somewhere else. 4 associates and not a single one could even say hi to any of the customers shopping or ask if we were looking for anything. Seemed to busy to help anyone when there was hardly any customers in the store. Very rude. Also why are you doing a fixture move on the weekend when people are trying to look. Very very poor selection of items as well. I could go to Scheels or basspro and have better luck and all around a better experience.
