Great customer service. Associates readily available to assist in looking for product, offering to order and ship for free, even to provide a cart when my arms got too full.

Was in Kansas City for the Chiefs game this weekend and visited Scheels for the 1st time. What a great place. So many shoes do choose from. We were helped by Maryn R. She was so helpful and wonderful. It’s really hard to find good customer service nowadays. Thank you Maryn R for giving FABULOUS SERVICE!!

You should not go here if you plan on paying the price listed on the price tag. They will charge you more at checkout and tell you you’re out of luck when you look at the receipt later :(

I came in here to specifically buy a pair a Hokas that were a suggestion by a friend. While in the shoe dept, I did not get a single hello or how can I help you. Not even a head nod of acknowledgment and 3 employees were working and running around assisting everyone but me. Even people walking into the dept after me were being helped first. I tried to wave someone down on more then one occasion while standing by the shoes I wanted to try on, however I was raised to not be rude and interrupt anothers conversations. Clearly the employees in the store were taught to make sure they assist those that look the most wealthy first.

We used to love coming to Ginna’s Cafe here. They had great food and some of the best sandwiches and wraps. Went there tonight with my husband, and boy have things changed! Now the new sugar rush shop (Fuzziwigs) occupies almost 3/4 of the area. The menu has changed too! Now the basic options are pizza slices, hot dogs, pretzels, small pulled pork slider sandwiches, and chicken strips. Yes, we arrived closer to closing time, but we asked one of the servers if they were closed and were told that they were open for another 25 minutes, so we could still order. My husband and I both ordered chicken strip meals. Meals is a stretch, as what was included was 4 chicken strips and a beverage. It took about 10 minutes to get the food at our table and as I opened the container I saw that they had given us a little container of bbq sauce for our chicken. When I asked if they had anything other than bbq sauce (I just don’t like bbq sauce on my chicken), the server who had brought the food to our table, kinda rolled her eyes at me and said “Well, I guess I can bring you some ranch”. Then, moments later,I picked up one of the chicken strips and it was cold. Not just tepid, but almost just above just frozen. My husband took both our orders back to the counter and was given attitude about not being satisfied with our food, but they begrudgingly said they’d remake our order. Second order was proper temperature, but we both decided that driving across town to visit Ginna’s is not something we will be doing again. Sad that such a nice little place has been changed for the worse imho. Poor selections, employees with attitudes; no thank you!
