Sebastian was the associate who greeted me, very personable while not being pushy. Offered suggestions geared toward the type of items I was looking for, even gathering options in size and length. I suggest not solely placing judgement based on those reviews and make your own determination.

She struggled to answer even basic questions and had to ask the man working with her for help on nearly everything. What should’ve been a quick, easy stop turned into a drawn-out, frustrating experience. Even more awkward, when she was introduced as the manager, she looked completely uncomfortable, like she didn’t want anyone to know. Honestly, that told me everything I needed to know. Whatever changed recently hasn’t improved the store. I hope things get back on track soon, because this last visit was a mess.
