  Grandparents - forget shopping for toys on Amazon! This is the place. Owners have kids and know what gifts well be special for any age girl or boy. When you walk in the store they are extremely helpful, sensitive to your budget, and will make sure you that you leave with a great gift. They also have an online store, with the added value that you can call and talk to their staff and they will help you find the perfect gift, and then ship it to you. You don't get that on Amazon! A lot of educational and creative toys - items you won't find on Amazon or at Walmart or Target. Service is top notch!

  The Toy Chest is a wonderful little business for so many reasons. My kids love it there. Hillary is a blast of sunshine. I love listening to the employee there explaining all the different games and toys. Must stop spot whenever we go to Nashville.

  This is an amazing store! They seem to have every toy imaginable. But they not only sell toys. Through their various videos they introduce categories of toys and games so as a consumer you can figure out what will work best for your family. On a fairly regular basis they have "game demos" where we can see people setting up and playing different types of games. The two women who run the store offer a wide range of customized services. For holidays, birthdays and such you can give them a person's age and interests with a price range and they will pick items for you. Looking for travel activities for a certain age? They have reccomendations and on it goes. Not only do these women know toys, it is clear they love what they do and make it fun for customers too. For instance as a play on Fat Bear Week the store had a Stuffie tournament. It was silly, funny and kind of sweet. An how many of you even knew there were possum stuffies? I live 2 states away from Nashville IN and only stumbled on to this store while searching for something on line. I've gone from a one time orderer to a regular customer. Why? I do not believe I have EVER patronized a more customer forward store!

  I stumbled across The Toy Chest’s custom package videos about a year ago, and I was amazed! It is rare to find businesses that still put time and energy into building relationships with their customers. Hilary, Emily, and the rest of the team go above and beyond to provide customers with the most magical experience. They truly love toys and the valuable educational experiences they provide for children and adults alike. I have used their expertise for birthday gifts, fun holiday packages, and of course, shopping for my own children. They do not charge extra for the labor and time that goes into curating the custom packages, and they work with any budget. Most of all, they are truly kind people. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the people behind it. Order online, go in person (it’s a small town dream), or just watch their videos. You too will be a customer for life!
