- SKSarah KnightNov 30, 20251.0The staff members were not kind and made me feel like an inconvenience. There was a whole section of clearance bras with a huge sign stating the following- clearance bras $25 & last chance bras $19.95. Approximately half of the section was marked with the yellow sticker at $19.95. When I went to check out, I was charged $25 (it had a yellow sticker). The cashier had an attitude when I kindly asked her why it’s not scanning at the correct price. She acted like it was so difficult to change the price so I offered to skip it if it was too much. There was nobody else in the store! One of the managers from the back came up to show her how to change the price because she didn’t know. It’s a bummer because LB has the best bras in my opinion. The way I was treated- I will not be returning and the management should properly train staff on customer service.

That took hours it seemed. She made sure I was truly happy with my purchase . She made sure the outfit fit was right in everyway possible. Very out going person, happy and funny, she made me feel at ease when trying on clothes in front of her. She deserves a raise because my body isn't easy to fit clothes on. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a real fitting . Awesome lady will be back!!
