Farm & Home Supply was founded as a single store back in 1960, where it was originally known as Quincy Farm Supply. Since then, we have expanded to 15 different stores across the Midwestern states of Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.
At Farm & Home, we specialize in providing quality products for your farm, home and livestock needs. We also carry firearms, ammunition, clothing, automotive supplies and a large variety of everyday necessities.
Our company is owned by local families focused on providing knowledgeable, courteous service and providing products essential to living in the Midwest.
We love giving back to the community in a variety of ways.

- JJJustin Joseph6 days ago1.0I don’t think that I have ever encountered such rude and unhappy workers in a store in my life. The first time, I went into buy canned cat food and dry cat food. We use Science Diet, and they had manufacturer coupons with the dry and wet food, separate coupons. When I took the items up to the register, the girl told me I couldn’t use both, In a less than kind attitude. I asked why since one was for dry and one was for wet? Then the manager came over and said I could use them. 2nd time I was told by an associate “I needed to be over here” when I went to the wrong line. They were too involved in conversation with each other to just be polite and tell me they could take me at another register. (There was an associate at the register I went to, but was too busy talking to another employee and a friend. I am a full time student and I happened to see they were hiring a part time gun counter associate. I am a Veteran and familiar with firearms and I thought it would be a good job to have while in school. I called up there to check on my resume and when I asked for the hiring manager, the lady was just plain snotty and said they were in an interview. No message, no number, no “call back later” just silence. Ok, and I hung up. I called back after school and then got another associate with an attitude and then the SAME lady who asked “what I wanted”. I told her I was checking in on my resume and that I was a veteran and student and I had experience. She then got an attitude and said they were looking for someone permanent and not going to quit after 6 months. (I’m in school for quite awhile, who said 6 months and I would be leaving?) I apologized and said the position on indeed said part-time and I didn’t know that was a permanent position. She then very kindly (not) replied “ that’s wrong, that it’s a full-time position” and then hung up on me. I seriously didn’t even know what to say, except Wow! Everyone has a bad day, everyone. However, it would seem that at least 5 employees and at least 1 manager, have bad days everyday and like to take it out on individuals. If you’re that unhappy at your job, then quit. Don’t make everyone else miserable too.
