Nathan helped me find exactly what I was looking for and showed me a sneak peek at the new arrivals (which I purchased too). He really knows his fabrics, fits, and what works best for each person. Nathan's attention to detail really demonstrates his expertise in Ralph Lauren and his excitement shows his passion for what he does! I love shopping here because he makes it efficient but most of all fun. Thanks and can't wait to shop again!

He assisted me with sizes, my purchase, was friendly and very nice. He even had 4 customers asking him for sizes all at once, he was patient and was able to help everyone with their needs. The only problem I have is not being greeted and literally ignored. They pick and choose who they are friendly with. I had the same experience at the polo outlet in Kenosha. I’m convinced now that they tell their employees to basically ignore people of color and be extra friendly and courteous to others. The cashier was extreme nice and said I could talk to the manager. The funny thing is, he’s the main one that ignored me and greeted someone else. I told her I do not wish to speak to him and left. I did tell her before leaving they should treat everyone the same because you never know who will end up spending money there. She agreed. I’m sick of employees trying to be bougie and grand as if the store is a 5 star luxury boutique on Rodeo Dr. You are simply an employee and if you are so much, maybe you should be in your mansion relaxing instead of working retail. Sarcasm wink wink
