I got a gift t-shirt from this store, It was L and I took it to the store to exchange with an M size, tag on, brand new. They told me they can't do anything without the receipt, seriously? They would take the t-shirt back without receipt value and I would pay the difference to purchase the M size. I asked how much the value will be they said $1.74. Yes, Columbia buys back their own unused tag on t-shirts back for $1.74 and I have to pay the the $28 difference back to get an M size. Great job guys, wishing you luck when your stores start closing one by one:)
- SZSantiago ZarateJun 26, 20251.0Was trying to return a wrong item I got online did not want to help me at all , told me they couldn’t do anything about it if I didn’t have the receipt , so I called online and they processed my return but told me why didn’t I go to a in store to do my return so I told them they didn’t want to help me at all if I didn’t have the receipt of the boots I got instead of the regular ones I ordered first . She told me they should’ve helped me inside that she doesn't understand why they didn’t process my return in store and that was my exact question also why couldn’t they help me return the wrong item I got it instead of the boots I ordered ?
