  We purchased my wife’s anniversary ring from Tiffany & Co. expecting the level of quality and craftsmanship the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after roughly five years of normal wear, multiple sapphires developed cracks and two became loose. Tiffany’s conclusion that this damage is due to “impact or excessive wear” does not reflect the facts: there were no known significant impacts, my wife routinely wears other fine rings without issue, and much of the damage was only visible after months in Tiffany’s possession. Sapphire is a durable gemstone, and cracking across multiple stones under normal use raises serious questions about stone selection, setting, or manufacturing quality. Despite providing all relevant details and requesting reconsideration, Tiffany has refused to repair the ring or provide documentation supporting their conclusion. At this price point, customers reasonably expect durability and accountability. We hope Tiffany will reconsider its position and uphold the standards of quality and service for which it is known.

  I was told in a very nice way that my gift card was fraudulent. The woman even had a smirk 😏 on her face as she told me this. I didn't argue with the ignorant sales clerk, I just walkout and ordered it online. The lady online was so nice and helpful, compared to the in-store sales associate. Just order online. It saves you both time and gas.

  KERRI is an incredible saleswomen and person. I felt so comfortable with her, she made the whole experience so much more fun and pressureless. I will ALWAYS ask for her when you come into the store and YOU should too.

  Yesterday I visited the Tiffany & Co. location in Oak Brook, Illinois because I was having an issue with my pendant. The associate who scheduled my appointment spoke with me on the phone first, then invited me into the store and was incredibly kind and professional. She took the time to understand my situation, helped resolve the problem smoothly, and found the best possible solution for me — I left feeling truly satisfied and taken care of. What I appreciated most was that she told me it was important to her that I genuinely enjoy the Tiffany piece I would have, and that really meant a lot. I’m very grateful for her help and I absolutely recommend this location
