When I first walked in everyone was super nice and greeted me. The client advisor I had was a man. I told him what I was looking for which was the "return to Tiffany" collection. He showed me where it was. I tried explaining specifically which one I wanted but ultimately had to pull it up on my phone to show the man. During the experience I felt very rushed. I was going back and forth between getting a necklace or a bracelet. It is a Christmas gift for my mother. I asked him what he thought since price didn't matter since they were the same price. He gave no opinion. Therefore, I tried calling my sister to see which one she would think is a better gift for my mom. Then the advisor basically told me to sit down at the couch and let him know when I decided. Then proceeded to walk away. So then I had decided I wanted to get her the necklace. I went up to to the glass where the jewelry was but he didn't see me because he was on his phone device. The other advisors saw me waiting and standing for him to come back but the ladies said nothing and just ignored me. They could of at least walked over to him and told him I was ready to purchase. Therefore I had to go and walk over to him (on the other side of the store) myself and tell him I was ready to purchase. He couldn't wait like 2 min or help me decide what would be a better gift between a bracelet or a necklace. I think the security was the nicest person working that actually interacted with me.

Never had as poor of an experience with the sales staff. The girl who first "tried" to help was rude and unwilling to help. I was told I needed the the original receipt or the bond paperwork. I have been told I didn't need that for the ring inspection, and have had it done multiple times before without it with little to no issues. I could not deal with the attitude and had to get someone else. I was going to get my wife a new set of earrings while I waited but refused to spend any more time or money there today. The manager helped me out but still took a long time to get it figured out.

Horrific experience for my sister. She went in for a gift card for my birthday just to leave humiliated and in tears. The lady that checked her in giggles and said that gift card will not be able to buy anything in this store! She wouldn’t even assist her and told another associate to even sell it to her. Unreal! Also notice no one responds to bad reviews. They only respond to the good ones. Do better Tiffany’s!!!!!
