While we were there, she wanted to purchase a bracelet to replace the one she lost a little while ago. We stood at the case for a while then walked around the case looking for the bracelet. No one approached us. One of the ladies on the floor looked our way and turned away to talk to someone else with a baby (it's on camera). After a few minutes, Eli came to us and asked had we been helped. We told him no. He immediately stepped in and treated us like queens. He was kind and extremely attentive. We purchased the bracelet and had a delightful conversation with Eli. I would suggest Tiffany & Co in Oakbrook provide better customer service to the individuals coming to the store. I was completely disappointed that we were ignored until Eli walked over to us. He is a true gem! Many thanks, Eli!
