The needle part of the security tag was left on my pants and almost stabbed my foot when I put the pants on. 2. Security tag was left on my shorts (not to mention I live over an hour away from this location) 3. Kids hoodies were mixed in with the women’s hoodies which I’ll admit, I should’ve double checked, but I bought a $60 XL children’s hoodie in a huge section of hoodies. Why are children’s clothes mixed in with adult clothes?? And last, the cashier lady was very rude, did not speak or look up one time while ringing up our items, and also, again, left a needle in my sweatpants, and the whole security tag on my shorts.

Manager, and Assistant Manager at 5:30PM CST on 9/19/25 decided they would only honor it for 7 days instead. I showed them their listed policy, did not change anything. Zero integrity, poor customer service.
