Once arrived I tried on one single shoe and they didn’t fit, so I didn’t even both trying to second on. I get a call that they won’t accept my return because the shoes were damaged. There excuse was if you try on shoes on hard wood they scratch. I’m sorry for over $1000 Prada should have higher quality products and stand behind them. Now I’m stuck with shoes that I don’t want and they are claiming I wore them. I actually felt like I was being pranked that’s how ridiculous the situation was. Do not even bother here.

The sales associate sold me a defective pair but I didn't realize until after I bought them and I had been traveling so I couldn't go in and get them exchanged. I only wore the sunglasses twice before I realized the triangle on the side of the frame on the right side was loose and moves. When I went in yesterday and explained my situation, the sales associate girl was SO RUDE to me and refused me help me. It was their mistake but they can't help? How does that make sense? You can bet I am NEVER purchasing anything from here again. The worst customer service help I had ever gotten!
