The cashiers were busy chit-chatting, other floor staff instead of helping customers, when I asked where items were located, staff just pointed instead of walking me to the section. For a store that’s supposed to be customer-oriented, the experience felt just ‘okay.’ Definitely room for improvement!

A nice selection... My only suggestion would be to carry more curtain lengths (We only found 84 inch) in the stores. We ended up ordering online and having it shipped to the store (free shipping included). The associates in the store are very friendly, we were even greeting immediately at the door which is generally rare in today's retail environment Amazing job to all the people that work at this store.!!
