    Horrible employees, very rude and worst of all unhelpful. I bought a beautiful nordstorm cashmere sweater here. I realized when i wanted to wear it, only two days later, there was a hole in the sleeve. The sweater is very sensitive, and I know that, so I was extremely careful with it. It was in the bag that nobody touched, as i live alone with no pets, so there was no way I did anything to it. I wanted to exchange or return it because it was damaged. When i got the store, the employees said it wasn’t in the original packaging, that they would never use a paper clip to attach the tag to the sweater, but that was how it was sold to me. I even understood that, even though it wasn’t my mistake and I did everything right. I wanted a solution to this problem, because I really like the sweater. I even asked if there was any way the sweater could be fixed, considering it’s Nordstrom’s brand and they make them. They were extremely dismissive and just said there was nothing they could do. As I’m not a confrontational person, I just left. Needless to say I’ll never shop at this store again and I recommend you don't as well, because if there is any problem with your merchandise don’t expect a solution and friendly staff.

    A Black woman who was tidying up clothes was very rude. Two pairs of pants were on the ground, but I didn't do them. I was just passing by. She made me pick them up. I asked why, because I didn't do them. She just made me pick them up. Then she pushed me away, picked them up herself, and said some rude things. I was confused. I was just browsing around. Why was I supposed to help her with her work?
