    Amanda helped me find a great ring for my wife. She was very friendly, professional, and presented zero pressure during the whole experience; just genuinely helpful the entire time. J&S Naperville is a great store with a helpful staff and a great selection of beautiful, reasonably priced jewelry. Highly recommended!

Gracie took the time to explain the process, answer all my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer – no pressure, just genuine helpfulness and warmth. The work itself was absolutely flawless. The ring came back fitting perfectly, looking brand new, and with no signs that it had been altered. Their in-house expertise really shines through. James & Sons has earned my trust completely, and I'll definitely be returning for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

    James & Sons is a special store and always provides a top-notch experience. We've worked with Gracie on multiple occasions and find her to be warm, patient, and concerned with providing real insights into the pieces you're interested in - watches, necklaces, you name it. My wife and I feel a genuine connection to the store and will be loyal customers for a long time. I'm very sensitive to the way some jewelers pressure you or rush the experience - James & Sons is the oppositive of that. They are local, feel local, but have all the sophistication and experience points of a luxury store. Highly recommend!

    I stopped by James & Sons today and had a truly wonderful experience. It honestly felt like visiting good friends or loving family. I was greeted by Gracie Joniak, and from the moment we started talking, the interaction felt genuine and warm. I shared that I was interested in jewelry, and she kindly offered her assistance. As we talked, I mentioned my mom’s recent heart surgery, and Gracie listened with real care and compassion. She was incredibly helpful in guiding me toward what I was looking for without being pushy in any way. Even though this was the first time we had met, the conversation felt like reconnecting with an old friend. I can now see why James & Sons has such high reviews. Being family owned truly shows in how much their sales consultants care about their customers. It is clearly about building long term relationships rather than simply making a sale. Gracie also took the time to show me several watches, including models I already own and others I may consider purchasing in the future. Even though I was just browsing, she made me feel completely welcome and comfortable, which genuinely made me want to return and shop there again. Before I left, she mentioned that she will be out of the office after next week but encouraged me to stay in touch and connect with her colleague as well. She even said she would love to hear how my story turns out with everything that is going on. I left with her card and, more importantly, with a warm and comforting feeling that stayed with me after I walked out the door.
