  Got my wife's wedding and engagement ring appraised for insurance. Took less than 15 minutes. At the end they didn't charge me anything ($150 value) since we were a repeat customer. Now that's how you create loyalty! Great company, will use them again for future jewelry purchases.

  I had a fantastic experience at James & Sons Fine Jewelers in Naperville. From the moment I walked in, Ryan, provided exceptional customer service and made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a customer. That level of attentiveness really stood out, especially considering the many stories you hear on social media about less welcoming experiences at other Rolex Authorized Dealers. Ryan took the time to ask which models I was interested in and even brought out both pieces so I could try them on my wrist. Seeing the Submariner No Date and the Steel Datejust up close was incredible—the craftsmanship and quality of these watches are truly impeccable. These will hopefully be the first two Rolex timepieces in what I hope becomes a long journey of collecting. While I wasn’t able to purchase them during this visit, I’m excited and hopeful that I’ll get the call soon. When that day comes, I’ll be proud to start my Rolex collection with the team at James & Sons. I also asked to see the Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT, which happened to be available that day—and I’m happy to say I did purchase it. It’s a fantastic timepiece that will be a great addition to my collection and will definitely be getting a lot of wrist time for the foreseeable future.

  My husband and I have multiple pieces from James & Sons and their customer service has always been top tier. My engagement ring’s diamond came loose and they were easy to get in touch with and quickly got it repaired. When the issue occurred multiple times, they reached out to the manufacturer and had the ring redone to provide stability for the diamond and it was back to me in just over a month. I’ve also had my Rolex resized and cleaned by their team. They also have a great selection of all types of jewelry, including stunning estate sale pieces at reasonable prices that I’m looking to purchase soon. Thanks James & Sons!
