  We traveled from out of state, twice to pick up watches that were nearly impossible to find. Jarrett went above and beyond to source them for us, and he made each transaction incredibly smooth and efficient, especially since we were flying in just for pickup. Exceptional service all around. Highly recommend this store and Jarrett in particular!

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sharon at this Rolex store for the past few years, and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve purchased three watches from her, and every experience has been exceptional. Sharon always delivers exactly what she promises, making every transaction smooth, easy, and enjoyable. Her professionalism, honesty, and follow-through are unmatched. I highly recommend asking for Sharon - you won’t be disappointed!

  My experience here was flat-out disappointing. I walked in genuinely interested in learning more about Rolex because I plan on buying one in the future. The moment I spoke to Thomas, it was obvious he had already decided I wasn’t a “serious buyer.” He brushed me off and made zero effort to actually help me. What he didn’t realize is that I work in sales and I know exactly what it looks like when someone pre-qualifies a customer based on their own assumptions. And that’s exactly what happened. I’m sure the store will respond with the usual copy-and-paste apology, but the low reviews speak for themselves. It’s clearly a place that cares more about appearances than actual customer experience. I’ll still be buying a Rolex, just not from this store.

  Came in to check on a specific date just 36. While waiting for a sales associate, I found the exact model that I wanted to gift for a friend who graduated law school. And after waiting 7 minutes for an associate decided to take a picture of the rolex model I was looking for. The security guard started yelling at me “my man, my man!” I turned and he yelled “you can’t take a picture!” I didn’t respond because I was surprised by his lack of professionalism. No signs indicate you can’t take a picture, and I visited many Rolex stores: Honolulu, LA, DC, San Diego, Vegas, and have taken pictures with no issue. All in all, the reaction, tone, demeanor and professionalism was lacking. I walked out immediately after. This occurred Wednesday October 22nd at 2:30 PM.
