  I purchased a belt from this store 2 weeks ago. Got home and the belt broke, customer service was nice and helpful over the phone but would push me to the location as I bought it in store. Long story short no one has worked with me on a replacement for the belt and they don't answer the phone. I would recommend a different location at this point because this location isn't responsive post purchase. I texted the sales rep as he gave me his number post prhcase and has always directed and he seems nice but isnt doing anything to help me resolve the broken belt. If it is an in store purchase you must work with the location its self so dont expect customer support if you do not live in Chicago.

  I have visited several times the Prada Chicago over years, and for the most part the service has always been nice. I am encouraged more to leave a review on Prada the company because of its position in Chicago. Last year a slight upgrade was done inside, which prior to knowing the details I thought the facade of the building would change. IT DID NOT. I went into my own work archives, and found oak street and rush to have changed a lot since the time Prada took hold. I was relieved to see after so many years and changes, Prada has helped to preserve part of a vanishing architecture world on oak street. I hope you remain on the same corner preserving the same building, even as your beautiful clothing designs continue to dictate steps in fashion culture. Thank you Miuccia!

  Came to a store to address the issues with leather chipping off my shoes after wearing them once. Lidia took hem back for a repair. After i checked in a month later, she advised it takes 16 weeks to repair shoes. I started researching because it didn't feel right to wait 16 weeks for shoes that cost $1K and that were worn once. Terms and conditions on their site say that a repair needs to fall within 30 days window, and then a consumer should be qualified for a replacement. I texted Lidia, and she simply replied with a laughing face. Not a single time anyone said simple "sorry for your experience." TJ max has better customer service. (shoes attached are after one time wear in the hotel).
