The entire process is easy, and Lara is very good at accommodating any need we have. She also doesn’t mind the 399 questions I ask lol. They have always been on time and set up is a breeze. They show me how to set up and operate if we need to have down time so that helps a lot! We had an issue one year with a water slide that had a patch come loose and they were very quick to fix the problem and offer to give us another rental since we had an issue with ours (this was in the very beginning several years ago). We did the 18 ft dolphin slide last year and we played all day from drop off til right before pick up. We will gladly use Southern Illinois Inflatables any time we need an inflatable!
