While the work didn't fully meet my expectations, I want to give her the highest praise for her graciousness and dedication in correcting the situation. ORIGINAL REVIEW (posted 10 days ago): After hesitating for a little while, I finally decided to write this review so others who rely on reviews when choosing services can make an informed decision. Initially, I was told that the results would look really good. In reality, after receiving my artwork back, I realized I had simply paid a premium for two acid-free mat boards. As the saying goes, a picture can speak a thousand words, so I will let the attached images speak to the quality of the work. In hindsight, I should have purchased the acid-free mats and tape myself and completed the work on my own. No disrespect intended, but I would probably have done a better job. The outcome fell below reasonable standards for a service that cost several hundred dollars. It doesn’t take much expertise to see that the work was completed hastily.
