Not for everyone. This is an comic collection being sold from his house, which is a very different experience than shopping in a store. Similarly nothing is priced so you have to negotiate price on everything based on mint list value compared to actual comic quality.

Dude is weird he’ll watch you until you get a book and then bust out the ā€œOver Streetā€ guide and charge you moderate to mint prices which is ridiculous. None of the books are bagged or boarded (odd for someone who claims they've done comics for over 20 years). The books are all slumped over and covered in dust from all the years. He’ll continue to keep asking if you’ll buy the playboy magazines. My dad is darker skinned and he kept watching him and I kept thinking no wonder the name of the shop… (KKK) when everything was done there were no breaks or deals because of conditions or no backer boards also charged tax even though there wasn’t a sales permit anywhere to been seen and this is in a house! Then finally when I thought it was all over he wanted a tip because I used a big bill… like seriously? I don’t care if this guy gets the best copy of amazing Spider-Man #1 and wants to sell it to me at cover price I’ll never come here again.
