I chose delivery for my wife to her work and it went so smooth i was able to track where it was upon delivery and everything was great. Super professional and on time. I will be back for a future purchase.

However, upon delivery, I received just 1 inflated balloon, 2 deflated balloons in the bag, no additional balloons, and a cheesecake, even though I ordered a cupcake. This was for a same-day birthday celebration, so I didn’t have time to return to the store since I had it delivered towards the end of day. I usually love Edible Arrangements, but whoever was working that day definitely missed the mark and didn’t seem to care that day.

How sweet of him. But I have never been more disappointed on Vday in my whole life as I was this year. Bit into one. The strawberry was rotten. ROTTEN! Threw it back in picked up another. Same thing. Not to mention the juice in the bottom that made the chocolate all weird. My 3 year old (strawberry fanatic) ate one good one. Got one rotten one spit it out and wouldnt even try for another. There were literally 5 good strawberries out of 2 dozen. $60 worth of chocolate covered strawberries and at least $47 of those dollars went in the trash. NEVER AGAIN will I ask for anything from this company. I was sure they were guaranteed fresh fruits.

When I spend almost a hundred dollars on fruit I at least expect the fifty cent box to carry it in. Will never return. Seriously flower shops can do it , I think you guys can figure it out.
