At first, I was so disappointed when the heated Hawkeye jacket didn’t fit and they didn’t have my size in stock. But my disappointment quickly turned to excitement when an associate named Emma sprang into action to help me find the perfect alternatives! I ended up with a heated fleece scarf that I know I’ll love even more than the jacket. I also snagged some cozy Hawkeye socks and a rechargeable Hawkeye hand warmer for my husband. Emma truly went above and beyond with her cheery disposition, impressive knowledge of available items, and insights into what had already sold out (no luck on an adult poncho, lol). What really won me over was her sensitivity and professionalism when I hesitated to share the coat size I needed. Thanks to Scheel’s associate Emma and her exceptional attitude, I’m guaranteed to be a returning customer—likely many times over. Thank you, Emma and Scheel’s!
