Dustin really took the time to educate me more about the history of rolex GMT and the way the different colors are manufactured. He explained the process to buy a rolex at this store and was a total gentleman. I will be back here whenever I’m back in town. A very different experience from some of Rolex ADs on the mainland. Thank you Dustin and the rest of the agents at this store.

We were looking for a specific model, and Yuki went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect one. Not only did she have an incredible knowledge of the different Rolex collections, but she also made the entire process quick and easy. In fact, we ended up purchasing our watch on the same day! She was patient, professional, and attentive to all of our needs. If you're looking for a top-notch Rolex shopping experience, Yuki is the one to go to. Highly recommended!

SA Kevin was very helpful and allowed me to try on several different watches and explain the differences in each watch. I settled on having the most interest in a Rolex Air King. Kevin gave me his business card and asked when I was leaving the island to return home. 3 days later Kevin contacted me to come purchase a new Air King that was available. When I arrived back to the store Kevin was waiting and ready to present me with my new watch. I will definitely purchase from this store again in the future. Kevin was very knowledgeable of the different Rolex watches and gave me lots of advice on things to see and do on the island to make the most of my vacation.

He helped locate two pieces that I have been wanting throughout the years. Whenever I’m back in town, I always stop by to say hi. He’s always super friendly and we always have great conversation! Do not hesitate to stop by, say hello and ask for Dustin! He will take care of your Rolex needs to the best of his abilities! Mahalo again Rolex Waikiki! Definitely will keep coming back to this boutique. Also, they have the new Rolex Steel Land-Dweller on exhibition and available to try on! The watch is SO BEAUTIFUL!

We stopped in the Waikiki location and were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a friendly hello. Our sales person Yuki, who took the time to ask us what we were interested in and took down our information. At the end of the day, it was nice to feel like a customer and not a nuisance!
