Couldn't pull the trigger because I wasn't sure on the color. Came back the next day with the wife. AJ remembered me and the conversation we had. Wife picked the color and loved the wallet. AJ was awesome. Super happy with the store and the people.

We spend +-$900 in this shop and paid by debitcard. 2 weeks later the same amount was (illigally...) deducted again fm our bankaccount. On that moment we reported this issue to CS. They wanted to know all the details and after some mails promised us to escalate this case to the District Manager. There followed radio-silence... and after some mails to CS to inquire the status and progress the same standard reply came back (3 times...)about escalating this to the district manager. I'm starting to feel that I'm dealing with a criminal organisation, not willing to take our complaint serious and not willing to reimburse me for the stolen amount, while the case is crystal clear. Also our bank BCA (Bank Central Asia) has been notified about the matter and gives us their full support. Whatever the outcome will be, Michael Kors should be ashamed of themselves to deal in such an unfair way with their customers. Thanks for reading and be careful dealing with MK.
