- GFGlenn FongOct 24, 20255.0Got LEGOs at Ala Moana Shopping Center. You can get a small box of assorted Legos for $9.99 or a large box for $19.00. The staff is very attentive and so friendly! The store is spotless clean! I made stands for my cellphone and tablet! After I shopped there I went to Musubi Cafe at the Food court and also bought manapua at the Manapua Stand.

A chubby cashier with brown hair looked right past me and then proceeded to help two other people. Maybe priority is given to people who buy a lot. Whatever its my daughter's special day so I shook it off. I was going to leave but my daughter wanted to build some lego figures. And so we made our items and I got back in line to pay. And here we go again. It's like I don't exist. Perhaps I wasnt dressed nice enough but this is Hawaii and most locals dress casual. The blond male clerk asked a woman who just walked up if she was ready to check out and I say, "hello do I not exist." He did apologize and offered to help me next but my good mood was already soured. Customer service seems to be on the decline at a lot of places and not just at the lego store.
- RRRayOct 15, 20255.0I have come here many times over the last year or so. I always leave top marks in the Lego surveys via email, and finally decided to post here as well. The staff are consistently great at checking on customers proactively and finding out what interests them so they can make recommendations. They are always willing to go the extra step to help customers. On my last trip, every single team member approached me to see if they could be of any assistance. They helped me locate certain pieces I might like in the build your own mini fig bins. They told me all about their specials and new products. Off a random comment, they went and brought out an assembled chess set that wasn’t part of the current featured store displays. I ended up buying it. Every staff member there, every time I go there, seems to genuinely enjoy their job as well as value the customer experience!

Even I don't really shop at the store anymore unless they have a special activity or the set that out of stock online, I still like to visit Lego store in another location. Every store has a small - large section of different display depending on the state and where they are. The rest of display will be on a seasonal or them that they just release. Staff are always nice and welcome.

If you drop by one of our awesome LEGO® Stores, you can become a LEGO® VIP member right there and then. Just ask one of our Brick Specialists to sign you up and they’ll be happy to help. After you sign up in-store, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for completing your registration. After your registration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to your new digital card. LEGO VIP Points can be earned on purchases from LEGO stores and from our online shop.
How do I redeem my VIP Points?

Do you price match other retailers?

What do I do if my set is missing a piece or if I lost a piece?
You can visit our store to see if your missing piece is available to buy from Pick-A-Brick wall. Or, request a free replacement piece to be shipped straight to your door by visiting LEGO.com and navigating to 'Help' and then 'Replacement Parts'.

All of our LEGO Stores are free to enter.
Can I buy individual bricks?

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
