When I asked for help finding the correct shoe the clerk pulled out his phone and looked online and said they didn’t have anymore. I told him I wanted a full refund on a gift card and he only put 25 on the gift card and the rest on my other card. I then proceeded to online pick up the exact pair I was asking to exchange. It didn’t have to be this complicated they could have just not been so lazy and help me find and exchange for the half size bigger.
