  I personally want to thank Harold for his professionalism, attentiveness and follow through in making getting my grail watch a reality. From the moment we visited the store and met him for the first time, we were impressed by his level of attention. Today, I picked up my grail watch and needless to say the delivery experience was second to none… this made the wait seem worth it. Thanks again you Harold for making my wish come true!!

  It’s been a big year for my family and me, so to celebrate, and with a little encouragement from my wife, I visited Mayors / Rolex to inquire about a watch I’ve wanted for years. A few months later, I got the call: my watch was available. Seeing it in person, it exceeded every expectation. The entire experience was exactly what you’d expect from Mayors and Rolex: professional, seamless, and memorable.

  I could not have asked for a better buying experience with Marisela. With Marisela’s help I was able to surprise my wife with a great timepiece.   Haylee is a true professional. She’s energetic, positive, knowledgeable about the products and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is how things should go when doing business in a luxury brand location. If I could give her 10 stars I’d do it total super star. The most impressive part is her attention to detail with open communications at all times with us. My wife and I bought a beautiful watch from her she made the process very unique and thoughtful.
