Even after reaching out and asking to purchase an additional strap. Not good post-sale service. You can get the watches 20% cheaper online, the perk of going to a boutique is the add-ons and the experience. If that’s lacking then what’s the point? Great service and quality watches. Shoutout to Zach - the assistant manager - who is a fellow watch nerd and did a great job explaining all the features behind the timepieces. Absolutely recommend stopping by this boutique. It’s a great experience and a huge selection from the brand.
