- RQRafael QueypoNov 3, 20255.0staff was amazing at helping us. we went back to grab something we missed on a first visit, and shoutout to luis who saved us like a whole $58 by signing us up for that membership discount thing and offered to apply that discount back to what we bought earlier because the cashier forgot to sign us up. normally i kinda just dismiss upselling as a necessary corporate evil, but how he did it was exactly how you wanna be doing customer service, so hats off to these guys. (we had him write his name on the back of a card for us so we'd remember!)
