  We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our watch at Rolex Boutique Orlando with Anfal. From start to finish, the team truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Every detail was thoughtful and elevated the entire experience. We especially enjoyed the coffee, and macaroons — which ended up being our toddler’s favorite part of the visit! It was such a pleasant, relaxed environment, and we couldn’t be happier with both the service and our purchase. Thanks a million for a truly memorable experience.

  Picked up my Explorer II yesterday and could not be happier. I want to give a special shout-out to Alex. From the very beginning, he was extremely professional, never made the interaction feel rushed, and was genuinely focused on ensuring I understood and appreciated every detail. It was clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience.   Beautiful store, extremely knowledge staff, and of course iconic Rolex watches. Alex is fantastic! Alex answered all of our questions, showed us several beautiful watches and set realistic timeframes for us. After discussing all options available, my girlfriend made her selection and we registered for a Two-tone 36mm Datejust. While patience is key in any Rolex purchase, Alex was able to get her the exact watch she wanted in a timely manner and she could not be happier. Alex exceeded all expectations and we look forward to future purchases from this amazing store.

  Ashana, Jennifer, Lucy, and especially Alex all contributed to making my experience at the Millenia store a pleasure. From my initial contact with Ashana early in the year to getting notified by Alex that my Submariner finally arrived, the entire team demonstrated their focus on making my dream watch purchase a reality. I started my journey with the expectation that as a first time Rolex customer it could be a long wait and my hope of obtaining a watch as an Anniversary gift was likely to take a year or more but was pleasantly surprised that it was accomplished in only 6 months. Special thanks to Alex for making the actual purchase process a smooth and pleasant experience and taking the time to show me several other watches I had expressed interest in during my visit. Alex was able to answer all my questions and was quick to respond to a few after the sale. Based on my experience with Alex I feel comfortable knowing that he and the rest of the team will be there to help with any concerns or future needs.
