The cashier was rude and disrespectful. Lots of stuff was not tagged and priced how they should be. A lot of stuff was over priced to. The dressing rooms were a mess and not cleaned. Then they had this goldish looking necklace on the top rack of the women’s shirts and I tried to purchase it she or he I don’t even know what’s it’s gender said unfortunately I can’t sell you that. We only sell that stuff online and put it under the register. Why you all even have that “stuff” out if people can’t purchase it? Is it just supposed to be for display then? Like come on people are actually getting paid to not do their jobs now…..it’s unbelievable. I don’t recommend this place. I highly doubt I’ll ever shop here again.

I didn't even have to step foot inside the store to donate my clothes.

Showed up about 30 minutes after opening to make a donation. The arrows displayed on the front door are confusing. I thought that the arrow was pointing to entrance to go through to donate, but I went inside and the older black gentleman on the sorting side by nearest to the Subway was very rude. I was trying to explain why I was confused and he didn't even give a chance. Just told me where to go from now on. The signs were confusing and lead me astray. He shouldn't have been rude about it. Plus, nobody showed up when I parked in the donations spot.

I love this goodwill! I visit once and week and find great deals every time. Carmen B (cashier) is such a sweetheart and always professional. The store is very organized compared to some of the other locations.
