- JEJohn EvermanDec 21, 20251.0Had nothing but problems. Was charged $1,200 to fix the "electrical issues" with my truck. Wound up junking the truck after nothing was fixed and they made things worse. New things no longer worked. So I got a van. Spent over $500 to switch the thing over. Friday I spent over 5 hours there after my monthly calibration and the thing was really messed up. Had to breath ever 90 seconds. Now I have to go back Monday. Then they charged me another $227 and are saying that's only for 21 days. I've had this piece of crap for over a year. It's always been for a month. When I started my due date was on the 25th. Last month the 19th. Now after paying 185+ 100+175+227+40+40 now I have to pay more on the 9th. Hopefully they can get the piece of crap working properly but I doubt it.

- LLLaniNov 18, 20244.0The customer service was very good, the employees are friendly. The only issue that I had was my appointment was scheduled for 8 am so I arrived at Charlie’s Auto at 7:45. Whenever 8 am came around the place was still closed. On the door it states business hours open at 8 am. Whenever I looked online it said they open at 8:30. Around 8:20 they opened and seen me at 8:25. So maybe if they could just correct the hours of operation so that customers are not misinformed and not schedule appointments for times they are not open officially. Thank you. Other than that I was happy.

Installation and another $69. for the first month. I was also told That I would only have to go in for calibration every other month while paying at that time for both months but told I had to go every month . I understand that I have to pay whatever a fair price is but I shouldn't be lied to just to get me to go with your company. I will be sure to let anyone who asks know how I was treated.
