I saw some good sale prices on ammunition so went there today to purchase. The store's shelf prices all indicated full price, no sale prices at all. Took only 2 50 ct boxes and decided to wait till they're on sale again. Cashier rings up sales price $3 off per box. I check website and indicates "Hot Deal" on several boxes of ammunition including the 2 I bought. C'mon guys, get it together. The shelves have to indicate CORRECT price. How are your customers to know the right price?
Also cashier addressing me as "Dear" is patronizing and rude. The whole checkout rigamarole is just ridiculous with all these questions and check boxes. Your customers want to get in and out, not deal with this nonsense. It's almost 2026, get self-checkout! Just a bad experience all around.

I placed an order for curbside pickup and received confirmation that it was ready. I arrived and waited for over 20 minutes for someone to bring the order out, which is unacceptable for a "ready" pickup service and made me late for work.
I had to get customer service involved to get my refund. I won't be shopping here anymore and taking my business elsewhere.
I attempted to call the store multiple times while waiting, but NO ONE answered the phone.
Because of the unreasonable delay, I was forced to leave before receiving the order. To make matters worse, the store staff then incorrectly marked my order as "Picked Up."
Now, I cannot process the return or cancellation online, and since nobody at the store or via the online customer service line will pick up the phone, I am stuck paying for an order I never received. This is a massive failure in logistics and customer service. This is the worst location and demonstrates a total disregard for customer time and money. I need immediate help resolving this payment/order issue.

I came to the Lutz store on December 4, 2025 to purchase a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. After much time spent I found a pair of sneakers for her. As they were not on sale I did a quick price comparison on my cell phone and found that they were advertising them on their website for roughly 18 dollars less. I asked two associates in the shoe department if I could buy them for the sale price and they indicated if I brought them to the front desk they would likely just adjust the price. I came to the desk and was advised by a very unhelpful customer service representative that although they match prices with other stores they will not match their own store’s online prices. She informed me the only way she would sell me the shoes at the sale price would be if I ordered them online and waited for hours for them to be ready for pick up. She told me she had over 100 orders ahead of me and there are no exceptions. I explained that the shoes were already available for pick up as I was standing there with them in my hands. She said she didn’t care as her team would still have to retrieve them for pick up before I would be allowed to purchase them. I informed her this was absurd and then asked to speak to the store manager. She claimed to have called her, but said she was at lunch. As a local resident and potential ongoing customer I am offended by the poor customer service I was provided. My time and money is important and as a result of this I will not return to this store. I left the store empty handed and later that evening purchased a great pair of shoes at Wiregrass for my granddaughter. Maybe one day they will understand quality customer service!

I feel I was PROFILED!!!! I visited your store to purchase two handguns and went to the gun center to view them. Unfortunately, I was informed that they were out of stock and was advised that I could order them online. I placed the order online and later went to pick them up. At the store, Jim, who was behind the counter, verified the serial numbers and then called the manager. The manager scanned the guns and informed me that my order had been declined. I was surprised and offered to show my receipt, but the manager stated that the receipt was irrelevant. I then called my bank on speakerphone, and while on the call, the bank confirmed that the transaction had been declined, though they were unsure why.
I requested to make the purchase again, and the manager agreed. However, when Jim attempted to process the payment, he questioned whether the funds were available, despite the bank’s confirmation. Jim then claimed that they couldn’t reprocess the transaction because it was already declined. I pointed out that they hadn’t actually attempted to process it with my card. Eventually, the manager returned and instructed Jim not to proceed until the paperwork was settled. Jim then left, and I asked the manager whether he had attempted to reprocess the order initially. He denied it, and I pointed out that Jim had misrepresented the situation. The manager then accused me of being aggressive and refused to sell me the firearms. I reassured him that I was not being aggressive and left the store.
Jim was the salesman and Aaron is the manager.

Hilarious I’m updating this review one week later, from 5 stars to 2 and the only reason you’re getting 2 stars is the two front customer service females were very kind and apologetic. Drove 45 minutes to pick up an item you emailed me was ready for pick up. FYI The shorter old dude in the back at the gun case acted like he could give two sheets. Super disappointed. If there’s one thing I really dislike it’s having my time wasted.
