I came in on Christmas Eve extremely stressed out because I had left a bag with several gifts inside at the checkout a few days prior. When I came in and explained what had happened, everyone made me feel like there was nothing they could do, I had already paid for everything too. Santiago stepped in and saved Christmas for me. Enitza was very nice and shopped for everything that was on my receipt. Santiago and Enitza were amazing despite it being absolutely insane in the store. Very grateful for employees like them!

I brought a 357 magnum from these guys the other day and wasn't going to grab no ammo for it because AS ammo is pretty pricey compared to other places. Anyway decided to grab some ammo and picked up the wrong box of ammo instead of 357 mags I accidentally purchased 357 sig so when I brought it back the next day after seeing what I did they said I couldn't return it because it could've been tampered with or some shit. Still had my receipt and paid cash for it. Just make sure you guys check or know what yall buying before you leave the store now they said I can try to sell it on line or go to a pawn shop...lol. Oh well they want be getting any business from me again and I purchase two guns from these guys. Wish the salesman looked and saw what I was buying and told me but I blame myself as being a newbie to 357 magnums. Your ammo policies suck AS.
