  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Outright Scam — Dishonest and Disrespectful Employees I stopped into Surfstyle in Fort Myers Beach this evening (10/26) after a nice night out, thinking I’d grab a few souvenirs. Big mistake. What an absolute joke of a business. First off, the store is plastered with tacky “Buy 4 Get 2 Free” deals that look more like bait than bargains. Then I head downstairs, find a cup clearly labeled $2.99 (originally $30), and think I’ve found a great deal. Nope. The cashier immediately turns rude and flat-out refuses to sell it for the price displayed. Instead, they accuse me of switching the label, which is insulting, unprofessional, and completely false. When I asked for a manager, they doubled down — both employees refused to honor the clearly marked price and refused to give their names. So apparently, at Surfstyle, the staff just make up prices on the spot and treat paying customers like criminals. The staff refused to honor the displayed price and handled the situation with complete unprofessionalism. Not only is this kind of treatment unacceptable, but refusing to honor clearly marked prices is deceptive and illegal. I expected honesty and basic respect as a customer, but this store provided neither. This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s dishonest business practice. Price tags are not optional suggestions, and accusing customers of tampering is a pathetic excuse to cover up your own pricing mistakes. They drive their business with clearly marked signage on their door for up to 75% off, but when you find something clearance priced they refuse to sell the item(s) and makeup their own prices. It’s unfortunate, because Fort Myers Beach has many reputable shops that treat visitors fairly. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere until Surfstyle addresses these issues and provides proper employee training on customer service and pricing integrity.

  Surf Style Ft. Myers Beach This store is kinds cool. It has everything from Beach wear to Toys. This place was packed full of Shirts, Flip Flops, Beach Towels, Dresses, Hats, Toys, Sunglasses, Tumblers and Beach Memorabilia just to name a few. Even with all the merchandise this store was neat, organized, and clean. We asked for help to find the dressing room and they were very friendly to help us. There is a 2nd floor and an elevator to get you there. Many of the items up on that floor were discounted. Prices seemed in line and were not outrages. This is a must stop by and browse for your beach wears or memorabilia. I will give this place a 5 out of 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Follow Me On FB For More Reviews & Fun Gulf Coast Terry

  Ein Laden mit einer riesigen Auswahl an T-Shirts – wirklich jede Menge Designs im typischen Florida-Beach-Style, den ich sehr mag. Die Preise sind okay und man findet schnell etwas Passendes. Ich habe mir direkt drei T-Shirts gekauft und bin zufrieden. Insgesamt ein solider Store für alle, die den Ft. Myers Beach Look mögen.

  This place is a scam. Do not shop here. They have posted all over their store buy 3 shirts get 1 free. They charged me for four shirts and then when I looked at my receipt and let them know they said too bad And made up a lie that one shirt was for a different promotion. So I told them that I wanted a refund for the one and they told me too bad. Do not recommend this place. This is bad business. Unethical practices. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for false advertising. Es un Robo un fraude que hacen a los clientes.
