    I had a horrible experience at the JC Penney at coral square Mall. I went to return a piece of jewelry I had purchased and the associate named Millie was rude beyond belief. Firstly, I gave her the item and the receipt and she yelled, you bought this at a different JC Penney’s do you can’t return it here. I pointed to the receipt showing I purchased it at this store and accidentally touched her hand. She went ballistic and started screaming, over and over, that I tried to break her finger. Insane woman. Luckily, another associate came over and calmly helped me. Now I’m scared to go back into that department. I need to return something else but I fear I’ll run into her.

    JCP Photo Studio - Worst experience, especially on Christmas Eve. I arrived at 10:20 a.m. for a 10:15 a.m. appointment with three children and was told that the usual grace period was not being honored due to the holidays. This policy change was never communicated to me beforehand. To make matters worse, an employee, Kenny Perales, made inappropriate and rude remarks, stating, “You’re on time for exams and medical appointments, it’s the same.” This comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and unprofessional. Another staff member, Kim, claimed she called that morning to notify me that the grace period would not be honored, which is untrue(and even if the case too late while parents are getting kids ready). It was very clear the office was running behind and began sending families home instead of taking accountability. This was horrible customer service and extremely disappointing, especially during the holidays. I would not recommend this location.
