If not remove her from the front desk horrible attitude not even a greeting and I'm spending $700 and getting treated this way NO WAY.

We were there 2.5 hrs and, I understand the background check takes time but we waited 30 more minutes after us cleared because no one was available to do the double check afterwards. Additionally, the store was having a 10% off used guns. Not sure who’s doing the math but, $18 is not 10% of $360. Now I have to contact store manager and get this fixed. Looks like the clerk did 5% on two guns instead of 10% on both. That is not what was advertised. The gentleman who checked out before us also had pricing issues. I should have checked the math before leaving but, going on 3 hours….i just wanted to go eat lunch. Seriously disappointed.
