  We got my daughter’s engagement photos framed here and I have to say; from the initial design consultation, to seeing the completed piece was nothing but quality and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

  You need to ask for a copy of the work order - the wrong mat was used. You need to ask to have your large picture elevated so you do not have to get on the floor to look at it. The picture was stored on the floor. When asked if there was a better way to view it was told they could lay it on the table to view but would also be difficult to fully see it. You need to ask to have your large picture wrapped and cardboard piece for protection added to take it home. Was told only if you buy the frame there do they wrap it.

  In a world of big box stores and online shopping, YBF is a breath of fresh air! This is good old fashioned shopping local like the days gone by. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff. The two lovely young ladies helped me accomplish a bit of a more challenging look. They knew their craft and industry and worked with me until we got to the finished product. We need more employees like these terrific young women and stores where knowledge staff awaits!

  Phenomenal framing quality and service! Staff highly knowledgeable and happy to help/advise to work within set budget. My very old and damaged poster was given new life. I would definitely recommend!
