He explained the differences between items with enthusiasm and even educated us on the different jacket linings so my partner could get a jacket to help him stay warm while working outside. The gentleman at the register even helped us save points for our next visit. Happy holidays y'all and thank you!

I was shopping attempting to decipher the meaning behind a certain shirt, without asking a friendly employee named Lauren ask if I needed assistance. She answered all questions promptly and politely, and helped me to the best possible ability. I had a good experience and the customer service I received should be commended.

- MWMiles WOct 10, 20253.0Went to the store to return an online order. However, all they did was go on the website to start a mail-back return for me, print the label, and send it out the next day. It’s basically the same as if I had done it myself. You don’t get your refund until Carhartt.com receives the package. Such a painful process. Most other retailers process returns on the spot when you do them in-store.
