Placed an online order yesterday for delivery. After almost an hour of not hearing anything I called to inquire about my order and was told they were “overbooked” for deliveries and were unable to complete my order. (If I had not called were you not going to let me know) I was told they could rebook me for delivery today at a time of my choosing and I would not need to place a new order. That time came and went with no communication. I went ahead and gave them an another chance and placed another order for delivery for today. Received a text asking for my id and a selfie which I sent and got a confirmation they received it. An hour later after hearing nothing else I asked for an eta on my order with no response. A complete disregard of my time.
