I honestly don't know how this company stays in business, it is August, these fruits are in season but the ones in the arrangement aren't even close to being ripe, hard and tasteless. NOT worth the money.

Fuimos víctimas de su poco profesionalismo... mi Esposo les compro un arreglo para San Valentín de este Año 2021 En la Tienda y Pago @$95... Recibió su orden me la llevó personalmente a mi trabajo y todo se vió Divino... Al llegar a mi hogar me pregunto si los cheesecake estaban buenos y si le había reservado uno ... pero para mi sorpresa y la de El nunca recibí cheesecakes, el arreglo sólo llevo brownies y Fresas con chocolates... y un Ramo de Flores muy bonito pero qué no tenia el valor de $40... Al llamarles y hacer el reclamo de los Cheesecakes pusieron en duda la honestidad de mi Esposo y pretendieron que se le diera evidencia de que eso fue lo que se recibió... algo absurdo ya que al recibir la orden Yo compartí con mi compañeros de trabajo las fresas y un brownie me comí uno desconociendo qué el había comprado... No querían entregar los pequeños 3 cheesecakes...Trataron a mi Esposo como Mentiroso... le ofrecieron una caja de chocolates después de El dejarle saber su Falta de Servicio... El les insistió en recibir por lo que Pagó... Se los entregaron y cual Fue mi Sorpresa que la cajita que usaron en el arreglo original apenas podía cerrarse y no se podían acomodar los 3 brownies que debían estar acompañando el arreglo ordenado por el Libro... Nos perdieron como Clientes... usualmente se les Ordenaban @ de 6 a 10 arreglos al Año ... Nunca más!!! Siempre tomen Fotos de los arreglos y así tal vez pudieran creer lo que hacen... y lo qué no hacen!
