  Caroline is the BEST client advisor! My husband brought me here as a surprise in September for our anniversary. We had matching shirts on that day that signified our wedding date/anniversary. We spent forever in there because I was trying to decide which piece I wanted! We ended up purchasing a link ring that I LOVED and had the best overall experience. Fast forward to today, we walked in again as Caroline immediately greeted us but then asked us how the rest of our anniversary day date was 😳…. We were shocked as this truly made our day. We felt so comfortable shopping here again as it is such a welcoming environment that she created!! Yet again, being indecisive we spent quite some time in there where Caroline provided us with the utmost experience again! Walking us through all pieces, layering advice and general conversation, she truly made the experience magical once again! Upon checkout, we continued chatting and expressed how we looked forward to returning! She is truly an experience extraordinaire and anyone who is assisted by here will leave there glowing! It’s refreshing to have such a wonderful experience and to also be remembered months later! Thank you, Caroline!!!!!!
