- SLSCOTT LMay 10, 20211.0I don't like to give bad reviews, but I have no choice here. I placed a order for Mothers Day for my Mom 4 days in advance and PAID in advance on their website, had to pay extra for Mothers Day delivery. At 6:30 on mothers day still no delivery, I called and was told within the hour, well guess what NO DELIVERY. When I called again in the morning, was told they can not get in touch with the driver to see what happened, I asked to talk to the owner and was told he is not in the store today, and they just talked to him to find the driver, was told he can not call me because he was not in the store. I said you just talked to him he has a phone have him call me, was told he only calls from the store. Still have heard nothing on why it was not delivered. They had no problem taking my money. but can not follow up. Very poor management. Corporate is no help either.
