Carhartt in The Shoppes at Evergreen Walk opened July 31, 2015. We are located across from L.L. Bean and next to Munson's Chocolates.
Carhartt is proud to join the shopping center that services the hardworking people of Hartford County. Our customers range from hardworking tobacco farmers, to the warriors of the weekend and the businessmen of the workweek. Pipefitters, law enforcement, landscapers, and construction - we have something for everyone. - TCThomas CroninDec 23, 20255.0It's been a rough year with the passing of my wonderful wife. I went to Carharrt in Evergreen Walk yesterday to get my 4 boys and I matching tee shirts. I came upon some beautiful teal shirts. I immediately became emotional as this was her favorite color that she looked fabulous in. An employee came over and asked me if I was OK. I gathered myself and explained my loss and what a special color it is. I continued shopping and when I made my way to check out they told me to put my money away as Carharrt is honored to gift you this purchase. I have never felt so loved by complete strangers. It reminds me that we are all connected and being kind unites us. Peace and good health to all .

Heather did not follow through with the promised resolution to fix the zipper on my jacket and was quite difficult and unprofessional in her demeanor. While I observed that she treated other customers appropriately and up to standard, I found her attitude toward me to be unacceptably hostile, which I suspect may have been racially motivated. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, she was unable or unwilling to provide a solution or escalate the matter properly. I asked for her regional manager’s contact information, but she refused to give it to me. I understand her regional manager is a woman, The GM is Wayne to my knowledge and I was told she would pass on my information, but her attitude seemed intentionally challenging. If this matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to pursue legal avenues. No customer should be treated in such a manner. Carhartt is for all people not who you choose it to be for Heather. Linda Hubbard has been emailed.
