It was a horrible surprise and felt like a bad joke. I asked for a refund for the flowers, but they refused. The first photo shows what I received, and the second shows what was supposed to arrive.

When you ask to speak to a “fruit expert” nobody answers. I requested a call back over an hour ago and still haven’t gotten a callback either. They left me completely screwed on Valentine’s Day, and will not answer or give me any update. I spent over $150 on an arrangement and roses for my girlfriend. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
