- DMDanesha MeadDec 10, 20241.0Valley came put to help fix a propane stove. They came and never reached out about what was wrong. I had to really chase them down to get an answer. When I finally got ahold of them, they sprung an inspection fee on me that was bot disclosed prior to the appointment or any time in the month I was chasing them. When I finally got a response, they told me my stove was not worth saving so I asked them to give me options for replacement. I was told they would have to come back out so I made another appointment. The salesperson canceled because he didn't want to bring his Mercedes on my dirt road. Unethical and rule. Dont waste your time.

Until the unit no longer functioned and is not repairable. I would not recommend & definitely avoid RealFyre brand. Warranty is worthless.
