This was our first time in Keystone mountain, we stopped by to rent out helmets and get gloves and the staff was not friendly at all at any time, plus they didn’t give us a time to return the gear and once we went to return they looked at us mad saying that it was already time to close the store mind you the lifts close at 4 and the store closes at 5. So it’s almost impossible if you wanna enjoy the rest of the time on your last run on the mountain and return the gear in humanly time.

Irrational Manager - Nolan Osborn
Working with thousands of retailers in the service businesses, I had an experience with Nolan that usually I would not share on social media, but it was so abrupt and rude that I felt the need to share about the management with this location. I went to purchase a vest that was marked at $107 with an additional 20% Off which is $85.60. The first clerk told me that the final price was $109 with the discount and I challenged him and he walked away because I assumed he did not know how to handle 20% off of $107 then another person stepped in; a very nice lady and then Nolan came in and interrupted. The conversation, rang it up and said that the vest was $128 even though their price tag said 107 and I tried to help him with his math skills and saying no it is $86 plus tax and he kept telling me abruptly well this is what the computer says, and I told him that’s impossible because the math is wrong. he did not even try to resolve the issue or hear the customer’s concerns He became so rude that after I tried to explain to him that his computer programming is off, he didn’t want to do anything about it and he literally took the vest and said you can’t buy this vest here. Can you believe that after I’ve shopped there for years and I’m a resident of Breckenridge. It was so aggressive that I told him I will never shop here again and he said that’s fine We have plenty of customers. Even my wife jumped in who is a former expert in retail and tried ro explain to him that they need to honor The sticker price on the coat +20% off and he looked right at her and told her it’s in the system as something different and again we said your system isn’t working properly because the math is simple but he didn’t even want to learn how to do multiplication. I find it highly offensive the way that he dealt with us as a customer on so many levels and in front of two or three of his employees, he gave the impression of arrogance rudeness and how to lose a customer quickly. I hope your company has a management training program which would include personal interaction and multiplication skills because he’s definitely not management material. I mean, even the sales clerk mouthed quietly to my wife I’m sorry. It was so embarrassing to your staff and customers that he made a situation worse instead of better. Now here comes an even funnier ending to this story. We went into the epic store next to Whole Foods. I walked up to a random clerk and asked for the regional manager‘s phone number and then I told him what happened and his first response was did he have black hair And described him and then instantly said oh that’s Nolan so obviously this behavior is gone on. I wonder how much business you’ve lost due to poor management.
