No one is in the shop every time I try to go during regular business hours. There is no way to call first to see if they are open. Then you have to make an appointment somewhere else and end up with a fee for being "late to your appoipntment." Every aspect of smart starts sucks. They constantly raise the prices of everything and the price is definitely not what they say to bait you in with. If you are looking for an interlock company, go with anything other than smart start.

This is a zero star… go somewhere else
In the first 6 months they got over 1500 and all the reasons did not make since, will take it all and you have to pay it. No one to talk to, I either pay or get more fines and my truck won’t get fixed that is required by the state. Robbery and extortion! “Customer Service” is a JOKE. VERY condescending

Installers Phil and G Allen were awesome. Really took the time to talk to me about the smart start product and were overall super Friendly. I was told it would take 4 hours plus by a rep because of the model of my car (bmw), but they rocked it and got me out in under two hours. I wasn’t going to use smart start until I met with these guys and I’m glad I decided to use smart start. Would 10/10 recommend the Smart Start Inc (off skyway south Fort Collins). Thanks again guys!
