Terrible humans, Have called for months trying to get a repair box sent out to me after being promised that the repair would be free as it broke just when I got my new chain they had just fixed for me. After being lied to about a repair box being sent to me and me waiting and calling back multiple times they then let me know a box was never coming in the first place because they dont do that any more. Every person I have talked to tells me something different-- no one working here knows what's going on. And now they tell me I have to pay$200 on top of the 160$ I paid to have the same chain fixed that broke when I took it out of the repair box I had just gotten it in! I also let them know how had it is for me to get it mailed out or get to the store and I'm on disability and cannot drive. When I bring up the fact that their reps on a recorded line as they say lies to me and told me it would be free, they would send repair box ect, the emailed me letting me know they had no record of this in their files. Terrible company -- will be saving my money and just going to buy a better quality chain for my pendant .

Tiffany’s isn’t what it used to be! I purchased a beautiful ring from this store for my wife less than a year ago and within a couple of months, one of the stones fell out. I could understand if she was hard on her jewelry or careless, but she takes great care of these pieces. This tells me it was poorly mounted to begin with, lacked any proper inspection and the salesperson neglected to have it checked before it went out the door. Given there are many great jewelry stores out there, we likely won’t be returning here again accept to pick up the replacement stone that we will have to pay for again.

Horrible experience. We went in to get our bracelet fixed after the clasp broke. They sent it in for repair, emailed us when it was ready, we went and picked it up free of charge, everything was fine. However after leaving the store we notice the clasp was still loose.. we decided to go back in and let them know we weren’t comfortable with the craftsmanship and would like to have it fixed. They said no problem, took the bracelet back and sent it in for repair again. We came back for the second time to pick the bracelet and they told us there was a repair charge. Saying they explained there would be a charge when we first got it repaired…
We caught them in a lie because we weren’t charged when we picked it up after the first repair.. We sat in the store going back and forth with a lady who had no intention of helping us, until the manager finally got involved, only to give us some round about answer… we left feeling mentally exhausted and unheard. Honestly it wasn’t about the money. It was more about the principal. We don’t even want the bracelet anymore because it only reminds us of the negative experience we had.

Yesterday, I visited this location on my first day in Denver. I had called the store about an hour before closing for an inventory check. I typically do not go in stores when they are about to close (20 minutes from closing), but she assured me that it was not a problem. Keri was extremely helpful and when I arrived in the store, she was all ready for me! A great and professional personality makes the entire shopping experience amazing.
