Today is my daughter's 30th birthday, florists don't deliver on Sundays so the bouquet had to be delivered to a family friend yesterday. The big deal here is I was able to write a letter to her, email it, they gladly printed the letter and incorporated it into the flowers ..... I live in another state but today I was there through the flowers from Happy Canyon Florist. Thank you Trent and your team for delivering the love in my heart to my daughter on her birthday.

My daughter decided to go to prom at the very last minute and we were racing around trying to find a dress, shoes, jewelry, get nails done, and we completely spaced the flowers. I asked Google to search for florists near me and Happy Canyon flowers was one of only a couple that were still open and when I called had exactly two boutonnieres and one corsage left in the entire store which I purchased sight unseen over the phone. When I went to pick them up was extremely pleased with all items. They were as the employee had described them and as luck would have it they even matched my daughters dress! They had the foresight to make extra knowing there was going to be some last-minute need as there were three proms going on in the area that evening. They obviously take pride in their work as the shop was beautiful filled with many flower arrangements and options as well as unique gifts and items for all occasions. Excellent customer services is a priority for them which was evident in the service they provided me and the way they tried to assist a young lady who came in after me hoping they had an extra boutineer. When she was told they didn't they helped her with ideas on how to improve the one she had purchased from another shop which was very poorly done and that she was extremely disappointed in. The young lady decided she was going to go ahead and go home and create her own boutonniere with the ideas and advice from the ladies there. Overall I was extremely pleased and impressed with the customer service and I will definitely be returning for my daughter's next formal occasion!
