Communication is extremely difficult and no one takes ownership of order timelines or status updates, despite the deadlines they provide when you place an order. I’ve always loved this brand, so I’m honestly shocked by how consistently disappointing this entire process has been.

These socks are priced at $17.99 on the package, but are $19.99 on the receipt. Didn't realize this until I got home and the 45 minute trip back to Boulder isn't worth it. :(

As I was leaving, they noticed my Air Force shirt and asked for my ID to make sure I got my military discount added on. What was supposed to be a quick stop, impressed me enough to write a review and say thanks. Emma and Adam — you both rock and definitely deserve the kudos today!
